1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Vishal Chauhan, at 235, Tijara Road, Alwar, Rajasthan (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at vishal@thepersonwhomattersmostoninternet.com. By using this site or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

A payment buys one thing: the display of a name you choose on a public leaderboard on this site, ranked against everyone else’s. That is the entire product.

• There is no prize, no pot, no payout and no winnings. Money given is not pooled for anyone to win. It is ours once received.
• This is not a game of chance, a lottery, a contest or an investment. Ranking is arithmetic: larger total, higher seat.
• A position on the list is not property, is not transferable, and confers no rights beyond being displayed.
• A position is temporary by design. Anyone may give more and displace you at any moment.

3. How ranking works

• Seats are ranked by the total of a person’s confirmed payments, converted to INR at the rate published on the checkout panel at the time of payment.
• Where two totals are equal, the seat that reached that total first ranks higher.
• Only payments confirmed by our payment provider count. Failed, pending, disputed, charged back and refunded payments do not, and are removed from the list.
• The exchange rates used for ranking are set by us and are not live market rates. The amount charged to your card is always the amount shown in your chosen currency.

4. Your name on the list

You are responsible for the name you submit. You must not submit:

• someone else’s name, or a name intended to impersonate a real person or organisation;
• a name that is a slur, harassment, a threat, or sexual content;
• advertising, links, handles, or anything intended to drive traffic elsewhere.

We may edit, hide or remove any entry, at our discretion, without notice. If we remove an entry for breaking this section, we may keep the payment; if you would rather have a refund than an edited name, write to us and we will refund it instead.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You must be using your own payment method. Do not give money you cannot afford to give away and never see again.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms. Prices are shown inclusive of any taxes we are required to charge; where tax applies it is shown before you pay.

7. Availability, and what we do not promise

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change the rules, the board size, the minimum or maximum payment, or close the list entirely. If we close the list permanently, we will say so on this site and will not accept further payments.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this site is limited to the amount you gave us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Alwar have exclusive jurisdiction.
